1. Coordination with installation contractors and customers. Installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of Automatic Car parking systems.
2. Material unloading, shifting, storage, and preservation at installation sites. Shifting of material from one site to another.
3. Installation quality control.
4. Handing over the project to the customer
5. Communications with customer for SRC and Drawing approval
6. Site measurements of domestic products.
7. Responsible for all activities related to Service function for allotted area includes planning, Supervision co-ordination, control & corrective measures necessary for car parking systems under service portfolio.
8. To lead a team of Sr. Tech to achieve desired objectives for the allotted area.
9. Training to Senior team for Skill Development.
10. Manpower for service, concern, repair & refurbishment.
11. To implement actions necessary for Customer Satisfaction.
12. To raise SPR / SPRR.
13. To submit Site Visit Weekly plan vs actual.
