1. Manage daily production activities

3. Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are monitored, and targets achieved
4. Communicate with the teams by utilising the visual management, delivering shift briefs with focus on quality, cost and delivery, and gathering ideas for improvement
5. Carry out incident, accident and non-conformity investigations and associated reporting and action closure
6. Assign duties to Supervisors & feedback.
7. Ensure daily production goals are met.
8. Handle shop floor employee issues and complaints.
9. Ensure availability of 4M for smooth shop floor working.
10. Monitoring the working daily, weekly & monthly status.
11. Responsible for COPQ and Customer complaints.
12. Cost reduction initiative

14. Improve overall operational effectiveness
15. Production management- Manufacturing excellence
16. internal delivery processes are adhered to support dispatch time windows.
17. Attend all meetings which related to manufacturing.
18. Responsibility to update all manufacturing dashboard.
19. Knowledge about MTTR, MTBF and Uptime
